3 to 5 days after the shoot or after you send your files. Monthly clients get a fixed schedule so a video is ready every week.
What is AI UGC?
A short video where an AI presenter talks about your product in the style of a social media creator. It is fast and cheap to produce, so you can test several hooks in ads and keep the one that performs. It is always presented as brand content, not as a real customer.
Do you come to my location?
Yes, anywhere in Penang for on-site filming. Outside Penang, travel is quoted separately.
Is there a contract?
No long-term contract. Pay per video, or monthly with a 50% deposit at the start of each month.
What if I want changes?
One revision round is included. Send all your changes in one message. Extra rounds are RM 50 each.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Once paid, you can post and use them in ads as you like.
